1. Avoid Heat & Sweat
No hot showers, saunas, steam rooms, or intense workouts for 24–48 hours.
Heat can irritate freshly waxed skin and increase the risk of bumps or redness.
2. Skip Sun Exposure
Avoid tanning beds and direct sunlight for at least 48 hours.
Waxed skin is more sensitive and prone to sunburn or pigmentation.
3. Wear Loose Clothing
